Lincoln Snooker Club A go back to the top of the Premier League after a 7-0 home win over Lincoln Snooker Club E, which saw victories for Matt Ransome, Matt Lee, Jamie Barker and Gavin Whittle. They have a two-point lead over nearest rivals Newark Con Club. Newark won 4-3 away at Lincoln Snooker Club D. Newark raced into a 2-0 lead when Matt Bavin defeated Stuart Cannings and Edward Taylor with a 36 break against Edward. The St. Peter at Arches side then hit back when Edward Taylor and Paul Bean both defeated Dave Jobling 75-49 and 67-24 respectively. Justin Hunt then put the home side in front for the first time when he recorded a good 66-33 win over the Newark Captain Rob Hall. Rob stayed on the table for the remaining two frames and won them both, firstly beating Paul 56-42 and then Justin 57-26 for a hard-fought victory.
Lincoln Snooker Club C won 6-1 at home to Moorlands & Railway A, and they didn’t waste any time in doing so. Simon Mower defeated Sean Falkinder and Nick Moon, Chris Robinson also won his two frames 62-15 against Nick and 59-32 against Gary Falkinder. Damon Sykes continued the trend defeating Sean and Gary 63-31 and 61-9 with a 35 break. This left Lee Applewhite facing Nick, and it was Nick who took the frames when he just got the better of Lee 67-59.
Woodhall Spa Con Club faced inform Lincoln Snooker Club B, they had won seven of their last nine matches. Calum Baptist put his team one up when he beat Nigel Salmon 56-32. Neil Dowlman levelled the scores for the Con Club when he defeated Rick Epton 65-40. Calum returned to the table but this time he faced Neil, and it was a hard-fought match and with a 27 clearance from Calum he beat Neil by just one point 46-45. Rick played another two frames firstly with a 35 break he beat Nigel 68-8 and then he faced Chris Taylor and ran out a 67-42 victory. In between those two frames Glenn Foster beat Nigel 67-42 and the final frame saw Chris defeat Glenn 64-36 with a 35 break.

Hykeham A have increased their lead at the top of the 1st Division after a 6-0 away win over Lincoln Snooker Academy A Rob Chapman won his two frames as did Gary Beardsley. The remaining two frames was won by Dave Coutts and Steve Robinson came from behind to beat Oliver May 47-42.
Castle Ward C played their A team but were made to fight hard to maintain their pressure on the other teams. They were two nil down when Rob Reeves defeated Graham Smith 53-13 and Adrian Bunn won a black ball decider 55-50 against Craig Starbuck. Tristan Fussey pulled a frame back when he also won a black ball game against Tim Dunn winning 49-42. The reliable Martin Key made it 2-2 with a 57-30 victory against Adam Petty. The two black ball winners then faced each other but it was Tristan who came out the victor with a 48-14 win and Martin finished the fightback winning 64-30 against Tim.
Lincoln Snooker Club F also won 6-0 at home to Lincoln Snooker Club G, Magic Mark Gibbons put his side one up with a 65-38 victory over Andy Nichol. George Barratt played two frames and won them both, firstly he beat Mr Blades 44-34 and then Matt Todd 58-22. In between those two frames Mark Handford defeated Tom Boyle 57-36 for a 4-0 lead. This just left Ben Rickards to complete the whitewash with comfortable wins over Mr Blades and Andy.
Moorlands & Railway B returned back to winning ways when they defeated Lincoln Snooker Academy B. They didn’t waste much time and soon raced into a 4-0 lead Trev Porter, Josh Weaver, Nathan and Liam Shasby registering victories. The Academy’s lone point came form Jack Lowe when he beat John Rice 56-38. Josh played his second frame of the night and had a comfortable 47-3 win against Adie Lowe.
Hykeham Social Club B were another team to fight hard for their victory, Darren Edwards won a high scoring frame against Ken Hill winning 71-60. Dave Croft made it 2-0 when he played Matt Strickson winning 43-24. Kev Cottam shared his two frames, he lost the first frame 59-34 against Michael Morrison and then beat Scott Morrison 44-8. Ken Hill came back to the table with his team losing 3-1, and with disappointment of losing his first frame still fresh in his mind, but he put that behind him and won 57-38 against Michael. Darren completed the victory for Hykeham with a 68-16 win over Craig Wallace.
Cube & Triangle played Moorlands & Railway C at the Moorlands. Karl Clayton put his side one up defeating 59-42 against Andy Campbell. Moorlands fought back and Andy Riggall came from behind to win a black ball game against Glen Ayris 55-50. Ian Baker made it 2-1 for the home side when he beat Gary Chambers 50-22. Karl played his second frame and made it two wins from two when he beat Phil Barnett 54-29. With Glen losing his first frame on the black made amends and he won a close game winning against Scott Simpson 41-33. Scott then played Gary and won 42-12 to earn his team a share of the spoils.

Hykeham Social Club A are top of the Billiards League with two wins and a draw next to their names and are two points better of that their B sides who have drawn their three games. Their latest result was a 2-0 win over Moorlands & Railway, however the Moorlands side could only field one player, but Benny Mackie lost to Fraser Proctor. Hykeham Social Club B drew 1-1 with Woodhall Spa Con Club. Chris Taylor was in good form and with breaks of 60,45,45 and an unfinished break of 53 just made it home winning 200-198 against Rob Chapman. Dan May then won 200-143 against Nigel Salmon.
