Lincoln Snooker Club A lost for the second week running, losing 4-3 to Newark Con Club. Matt Ransome put the Snooker Club side two when he recorded two victories over Adam Sears 87-26 with a 36 break and 69-7. Matt Bavin played very well and he defeated Matt Lee 67-21 and 71-46 to level the scores at 2-2. Rob Hall put the Con Club in front for the first time when he beat Gavin Whittle 64-31. Jamie Barker playing his first game this year played well and with a 40 break he beat Rob 78-40. The final frame of the night saw Rob compile a break of 52 to beat Gavin 62-8.

Lincoln Snooker Club B also won 4-3 at home to Woodhall Spa, Glenn Foster won both his frames beating Neil Dowlman and Nigel Salmon, sandwiched in between those to wins Neil beat Calum Baptist 62-43. Rick Epton made it 3-1 when he beat Nigel 59-13. Chris Taylor made it 3-3 with victories over Dave Norman and Rick. The deciding frame between Dave and Chris was close, in the end Dave took the frame 64-54 to complete the win.

Lincoln Snooker Club E 4-3 Moorlands & Railway A

There was very little to choose between the teams in the Premier League Shield League with just one point between the winning teams. Lincoln Snooker Club C won 4-3 against Stablemates Lincoln Snooker Club D. Edward Taylor won his first frame against Simon Mower but lost to Lee Applewhite in his second frame. Stu Cannings won both his frames beating Chris Robinson and Lee. Simon Mower beat Justin Hunt 59-29. Chris Robinson and Lee defeated Stu Cannings and Justin Hunt.

Lincoln Snooker Club won only their third match of the season, they defeated Moorlands & Railway 4-3. They found themselves 3-0 Newcomer Andy Gill defeated Sean Falkinder 57-29 and Gary Falkinder on the black 40-37. Steve Burnett won his frame 46-17 against Nick Moon. Tom Hutchinson won the first frame for the Moorlands side when he defeated Steve 57-24, Tom made it 3-2 with a 51-38 victory against Mark Taylor. Nick levelled the scores at 3-3 when he defeated 60-42. Steve then played Gary and recorded a comfortable 72-13 win.

Lincoln Snooker Club F are the new leaders of the 1st Division after a 6-0 whitewash of the Academy B side, George Barrett, Mark Handford and Mark Gibbons with the points. Hykeham A lost 2-4 away to Castle Ward C Tristan Fussey and Martin Key won both of their frames with Martin compiling a 42 break and Gary Beardsley replied for Hykeham winning both of his frames.
Moorlands & Railway B recorded an excellent 5-1 away win over Castle Ward B, experienced Trev Porter won the opening frame 44-33 against Ken Hill, Nathan and Liam Shasby extended their lead with victories over Craig Wallace and Matt Strickson, Liam with a 39 break. Trev Porter visited the table for a second time and faced Kev Cottam and it was a close game with Trev winning on the black 54-49. Kev then faced Nathan in his second frame and it was another close game with Kev just edging it 56-47 and his sides only point of the night. Liam played Ken in the last game of the night and he continued his good form and won 71-37. This win for the Moorlands lifts them above their opponents.
Hykeham B collected five points against the Academy A side, Darren Edwards started the ball rolling when he beat Oli Bagnall 45-35. Michael Morrison with a 30-break defeated Oli May 68-14. Dave Croft won his two frames, firstly he beat Oli Bagnall 43-27 and then James Lilley 50-26. Michael played Oli Bishell and won 59-36 despite a 28 break from Oli. James Lilley was the lone winner for the Academy side with a very useful 46-38 win over Darren.
Cube & Triangle recorded their ninth draw of the season, they were soon 2-0 down when Andy Nichol and Leigh Blades defeated Karl Clayton and Pete Watson respectively. Gary Chambers pulled one frame back when he beat Tom Boyle 53-34. The fourth frame went to the Lincoln Snooker Club side when Ray Reid won a black ball game 40-36 against Karl. Pete made it 2-3 with a 58-38 win over Tom. The final frame saw Gary complete the comeback he beat Leigh 56-31.
Castle Ward A are out on their own on the league table they are ten points behind Hykeham B and nine points in front of Moorlands & Railway B. They soon went two frames up when Adrian Bunn won a black ball game against Andy Campbell winning 63-50. Rob Reeves also won a close encounter with a 58-47 victory over Scott Simpson. The third frame of the night was another close game when Ian Baker won another black ball game 58-54 against Tim Dunn. Ian then played Scott Gratrick which he also won 62-48 and a 2-2 score line. But Castle Ward hit back and Adrian recorded his second win of the night despite Scott Simpson recording a 25 break, Adrian won 66-55. Rob Reeves also made it two from two with a 49-26 win against Andy Campbell.

Rob Hall was in fine form with three more Century breaks, Rob made his first century break in the LDBSA back in 2003-04 since then he has made an incredible 408 century breaks with a high break of 563. Rob played Fraser Proctor and with those three centuries breaks he won 200-110. Darren Hall just got home 200-189 against Tristan Fussey.
