The top clash in this league was between leaders Lincoln Snooker Club A and second placed Newark Con Club. Daren Doughty won the opening frame 88-8 against Dale Schofield with breaks of 39 and 35. In the Second frame it was Dale’s turn to win with a 36 break he went on to take the frame 63-16 against Daren. Matt Ransome and Adam Sears played the next two frames and these were also shared, Matt winning the first 56-22 and Adam the second 67-22. With Jamie Barker feeling unwell on the night and unable to play his two frames were awarded to Newark, Matt played the remaining frame and he beat Rob Hall 72-39. After three successive 3-4 defeats Woodhall entertained Lincoln Snooker Club B. Neil Dowlman won the opening frame 72-45 against Dave Norman. Neil then played two frames against Calum Baptist and these two frames could have gone either way. Calum won the first frame when he came from behind to win on the black 61-57 and then another close frame which Calum also took 64-53. Nigel Salmon squared the match at 2-2 when he defeated Dave 56-29. Rick Epton put his side back in front again when he won 41-30 against Nigel. Home team Captain Chris Taylor played the remaining two frames both against Rick, Chris with a 63 break in the first frame winning 88-22 and then 57-23 for a 4-3 victory.

Lincoln Snooker Club E recorded back to back wins for the first time this season, their latest was a 5-2 away win over Moorlands and Railway A. Sean Falkinder put the Moorlands one up when he defeated Mark Taylor 48-7. Mark stayed at the table and this time he faced Nick Moon and won 44-12. Anthony Liddell made it 2-1 defeating Gary Falkinder 69-30. Mark came back to the table and played the fourth frame of the night and faced Sean, but it was Sean that took the frame 69-34. Andy Gill made it 3-2 with a black ball game winning 59-56 against Nick. Andy made sure of the victory when he defeated Gary 68-35. Anthony made it 5-2 when he also beat Nick 63-23. Lincoln Snooker Club C and D teams met and it was the C team that took the honours winning 4-3. Simon Mower, Damon Sykes and two wins for Lee Applewhite for the winning side and Edward Taylor and two frames from Paul Bean for the D team.

Hykeham A collected maximum points away at the Cube & Triangle, Steve Robinson and Dave Coutts put Hykeham two up with victories over Pete Robinson and Gary Chambers. Rob Chapman and Gary Beardsley made it 4-0 before Dan May completed the victory with victories over Gary Chambers and Karl Clayton. Castle Ward A were another team to collect maximum points when they faced their B team. Rob Reeves had a good result defeating Ken Hill 59-37. Tim Dunn and Adrian Bunn increased their teams lead with victories over Matt Strickson and Kev Cottam. Adam Petty made it 4-0 with the help of a 25 break in his 64-20 win over Craig Wallace. Scott Gratrick had a comfortable win over Kev Cottam winning 68-13 and Tim finished the result winning a close game against Ken Hill. Lincoln Snooker Club F are still top of the league by virtue of winning more matches than Hykeham A, their latest result was a 4-2 away win over Hykeham B. George Barrett shared the opening two frames, firstly defeating Dave Croft 54-11 but in the second frame faced an on-form Michael Morrison who had breaks of 45 and 25 in his 85-4 win. Mark Handford restored Hykeham’s lead when he beat Scott Morrison 68-41. But Hykeham came back at the Snooker Club side and Dave Croft levelled the scores at 2-2 with the help of a 22 break in his 54-41 win over Mark. The reliable Ben Rickards played the last two frames of the night firstly with a 27 break in his 81-11 win over Michael and then a 69-36 victory over Scott. Mid table Moorlands and Railway B had a 5-1 home win over Lincoln Snooker Academy A side. Josh Weaver put the Newark Road based side one up when he beat James Lilley 68-21, Dan Shearman levelled the scores with a 62-40 win over Trev Porter. Liam and Nathan Shasby, John Rice and Josh defeated the Oliver’s Bishell, Bagnall and May. Castle Ward C entertained the other Academy side. Tristan Fussey and Martin Key put the Kingsley Street side two up with victories over Josh Hackney and Jared Bailey. Joe Jackson pulled one frame back when he defeated Craig Starbuck 51-31. Tristan and Martin won their second frames of the night to confirm victory. Jack Lilley took the last frame of the night 34-23 against Craig. Lincoln Snooker Club G were at home to Moorlands and Railway C and there was nothing to choose between the two sides with it ending all square at the end of the night. Andy Nichol put Lincoln Snooker Club one up when he defeated Andy Campbell 45-23. Ian Baker made it 1-1 when he had a comfortable 56-16 win over Tom Boyle. Matt Todd played two frames firstly he defeated Phil Barnett 63-25 and then he played the last frame of the night winning 60-17 against Andy Riggall. In between those two frames Scott Simpson, playing for the Moorlands defeated Leigh Blades 58-49 and 49-29 against Andy.
