Important
• All players must be fully paid members of the clubs they represent.
• Captains will be the main point of contact so please ensure their details are correct.
• Teams and players will be allocated a league at the discretion of the committee.

The league next season will be reformed to a handicapped league of 1-2 divisions, which is totally dependent on number of entries; there would be no miss rule, the agreed format will be 5 singles and 1 doubles. 

To clarify, it was agreed that the doubles frame could be played anywhere in the fixtures on the night and for teams that only had 3 players available on a night, a player could play no more than 3 matches on a night. 

There would be a committee review of the handicaps at the half-way stage, adjusting players by +/-7 by a maximum of 14, from there starting handicap, unless the player is new to the league and unknown to the committee, whereby rule 5. Power of the Executive would apply. 20+ breaks would also be recorded to assist with the handicap mid-season review. 

It was also agreed that due to venue availability and the promotion of Lincoln City Football Club, teams entering the snooker league could select their home night, a Monday or a Tuesday.
