Snooker and Billiards Rules

Good afternoon all. It has been brought to the committees attention that there have been a couple of incidents recently where a referee or player did not know certain rules and this has resulted in the wrong outcome of frames and matches. It is the responsibility of us all playing and refereeing the game to know the rules, please can we refresh ourselves with the attached rules for snooker and billiards. Thank you.
